Technical Support
We use the latest remote access technology to provide a fast responsive solution to all of our customer’s support requirements. We offer an array of experience across all mobile device platforms in order to provide our customers with the latest support for their mobile solutions.
We are a long-term Microsoft Partner as well as having accreditations with all our other vendor solutions.
Training
Using our vast product knowledge we deliver bespoke training for all our mobile solutions at each stage of the delivery cycle to suit the individual requirements of each of our customers.
We are a Certified Training organisation for Fromdistance MDM.
Installation – including Blackberry upgrades
Our engineers are trained to install the latest software releases for the Blackberry Enterprise Server and using our wider knowledge of mobile deployments we will correctly configure your server for your specific environment, taking into account security or operation requirements. We do more than deliver an ‘out of box deployment’ which maintains only default values.
Project Management
With experience of project managing a large roll out of Cisco VoIP within a public sector organisation, ESE is well placed to add real value to your mobile projects. Mobile solutions are often outside the scope of your existing knowledge – ESE can give light assistance or get deep into the project deployment, sharing our knowledge as you need.
